  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, design details, and information provided are accurate before approval.

  • Production will begin only after confirmation and required payment has been made.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change depending on design complexity, materials, and custom requests.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure booking slots.

  • Deposits made are strictly non-refundable.

4. Custom Tailoring Disclaimer

As each piece is custom-made, slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or finishing may occur. Zayyena Enterprise will make every effort to maintain quality and design consistency.

5. Fittings & Alterations

Clients are encouraged to attend scheduled fittings to ensure proper fitting and finishing. Any additional alterations requested outside the original design agreement may incur extra charges.

6. Delivery & Collection

Estimated completion timelines will be provided during consultation. However, timelines may vary depending on design complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

Zayyena Enterprise will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late confirmations, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Return & Refund Policy

All purchases and tailoring services are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, where items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their customised nature.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content displayed on this website belong to Zayyena Enterprise. Any unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
