All payments must be completed through our official payment channels to ensure transaction security.
2. Deposit & Booking Payments

A deposit or partial payment may be required to secure tailoring slots, consultations, or production schedules.

All deposits made are strictly non-refundable.
3. Full Payment Requirement
For certain orders or completed garments, full payment may be required before delivery, postage, or collection. Zayyena Enterprise reserves the right to withhold release of any item until payment is fully settled.
4. Atome PayLater Terms
Customers who choose Atome PayLater agree to comply with Atome’s payment schedule, terms, and conditions. Any late fees or payment issues under Atome are managed directly between the customer and Atome.
Zayyena Enterprise is not responsible for any penalties or charges imposed by Atome.
5. Payment Verification
All payments are subject to verification. In the event of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or payment disputes, we reserve the right to delay or cancel orders until verification is completed.
6. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on custom design requests, materials, and additional services.
