All deliveries are handled via J&T Express to ensure reliable and trackable shipping within Malaysia.
Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your reference.

We currently ship within Malaysia. For special delivery requests, customers are encouraged to contact us directly before placing an order.

Each item is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service, Zayyena Enterprise will not be responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving courier-related issues whenever possible.
